中国 Zhong1guo2 like everyone has said is the name that people use for China.

But you can also use, 大陆 da4lu4, that refers to mainland China, and is used when you are talking about China but not Taiwan.

If you want the official name it is: 中国人民共和国。 zhong1guo2ren2min2gong4he2guo2, or The Peoples' Republic of China.

In spoken language, you will also sometimes hear them just say 华 hua4.
