None of them is correct!

The closest to a correct statement is the first one. It should be

Do not eat over five pounds of meat every week.

The noun "pound" has to take a plural form as there are more than one pound. The plural form of pound is pounds.

一磅肉 in English is one pound of meat, not one pound meat.

Hundred and million also have plural form. You can put 's' after hundred and million. Please read the examples below.

I have two hundred dollars. (hundred has no 's' but dollars has)
Hundreds of people lost their job when the company went out of business.
(Hundreds of something = 數以百計)
