唔好意思, (頭先)不在你的辦工時間打電話比你

I feel apologetic about phoning you out of your office hour
I feel apologetic about phoning you beyond your office hour

I stick in the above question because i want to use "office hour"...

otherwise, i can say ---> phone you during your holiday

I am sorry to have called (頭先) you after your office hour.
or
I am sorry to have called you outside your office hour.

If you are on the phone talking to the person:
I am sorry to call you outside your office hour.

Note: (just now) 可用可不用, 因對方肯定知你何時打過電話給他.
