Below is my correction which is for reference only. I don't think that it's the best way to only amend some wordings regardless of grammatical mistakes .
I was given a nickname "Werrt" when I was a child/teenager . Since then, this neckname has been used as alternative name in the art sector in which I have been engaged because it is unique .
Maybe everybody has a dream during his/her childhood. However, I have a special dream - escaping from school or hiding myself in the forest .

I have used this name in the art field since then because it is unique, just as my works. (I assume you use that name in the art field since you were a teenager. If not, then it should be "I use this name in the art field because it is unique...)
