This Agreement supersedes any previous arrangements, whether oral or written, between the parties in relation to the matters dealt with it. It contains the whole agreement between the parties relating to the Employment at the date the Agreement was entered into (except for those terms implied by law which cannot be excluded by the agreement of the parties).

本協議取代了協定方之前以口頭或書面方式作出的任何安排事宜 .該協議構成協定方就處理僱傭事宜的完整協定并於僱用當日起生效(協定方亦受法律上暗示的條款約束 . )

本協議取代以往任何安排，無論是口頭還是書面，當事方之間的關係處理的事項。它包含整個當事方之間的協議涉及到就業的日期這項協議是進入（除那些條款所隱含的法律，不能排除由當事各方的協議） 。
