DDD REPORT
After receiving the weekly DDD report from the manufacturing countries, I will pass the informations to the customers concerned. It is up to them in choosing the method of delivery (i.e. by sea or by air) and I will notify the manufacturing countries with the customers' decisions afterward, to effect the delivery.
Below is the summary showing the schedule of DDD reports to be sent by the different manufacturing countries.
--A manufacturing countries-------every Wednesday
--B, C, D, manufacturing countries----every Monday or Tuesday
-E, manufacturing countries--every Wednesday
OBJECTIVE:
1. DDD report can benefit our customers with ample time for taking delivery of the goods to the warehouse.
2. Referring to the DDD report, our customers can make a final decision for the method of delivery, based on the ongoing situation of the market practically and efficiently.

DDD Report

When I receive the weekly DDD provided by the manufacturing country, I will forward those delivery information to related customers for them to decide their way of transporting the goods. That is, by sea or by air freight. Upon direction from and confirmation with the customers, I will forward the information to the manufacturing country to arrange the transportation.

The following summary are DDD reports supplied to us from different manufactory countries :

- Country A : Every Wednesday
- Country B, C, D : Every Monday or Tuesday
- Country E : Every Wednesday

Our goal :
1. To let the customers have enough time for the preparation of receiving cargos sent to their warehouse.
2. From the DDD Report, customers can decide their final choice on the way of transport according to the actual market trend and situation.

DDD Report
Upon receipt of the weekly DDD report from those countries of pdoduction , I will convey the shipping information to the customers for their decisions about the delivery method either by sea or by air .
Below is a summary showing the provision of DDD report from different countries of production :
----- Country of production A : Wednesdays
------Countries of production B,C & D : Mondays or Tuesdays
----- Country of production E : Wednesdays .
Objective :
1. Our customers are provided with sufficient time for delivering the goods to the warehouse(s).
2. The information that contained in DDD report is for our customers' final decisions about the delivery method according to the market situation .

When when I receive DDD which production country Yu Meichou
provides, then delivers goods these the material to pass on gives the
concerned customer to go voluntarily □surely ships the way (namely
the choice by way of the ship transport perhaps the shipping. After
confirmation instruction, I can again pass on for the production
country make shipping the arrangement.

The below abstract is provides gives our DDD report from the different
production country:

- A production country: Meets Wednesday - B, C, the D production
country: Meets Monday or two - E production country: Meets Wednesday

Goal: 1. enables the customer 夠 to make the sufficient share
