形容詞代表人是不用加 's的。

the rich 有錢人
the poor 窮人
the famous 出名人
the strong 強者
the weak 弱者
the greedy 貪心的人
the powerful 有權勢者
the plentiful 富有者

不過這樣用不能代表一個人，而是指這一類人。
