I'm not really sure what u want to express in this letter, are u telling ur boss it is necessary to take a computer course or something?

Here's how i've changed ur letter:

I will (be formal!, dun use I'll) be more confident when I meet (past tense?) the above problem(s). I always bear our company's motto in mind: to become premier. I understand that we are to work hard to be the most respectable, if not the largest, computer company in HK. As a staff member of this professional company, I always wonder how we can achieve enhanced customer satisfaction and respect.

We have just changed new computers, and therefore it would be best if we can learn some more essential computer knowledge so as to handle them well. This course can enable us with a better understanding of the new computers, and thus increasing our, and ultimately the company's, competitive edge.

Will I have much more confidence in tackling the similar problems? Our company' s mission is to rank the computer industry' s best in Hong Kong no matter how it is not the larges but the most popular company. As a staff working in this professional company, how can I attain our customers' admiration?Further upgrading knowledge of computer is more important than purchasing new compurters! I think that this course can improve my knowledge of computer and communication skills,and its concept and principle can also enhence our company's competition in the market.

i remember - don't use this word because you should know the mission of your company.

The mission of our Company is to be the Premier computer company in HK. It means that the size of the company does not consider as an important things. The important thing is the reputation and can be respected by our customers. As a staff of the professional company, I should think about how to get admiration from the customers. Not just changing of new computers, I need to enhance my computer knowledge.
The course could meet my request and also could increase company and me the market competition.

I'll be more confident when I can tackle the above problem. I remember our company's mission: our company aims at becoming the premier computer company in HK - may not be the largest, but the most respected. As a staff member of a professional company, how can I attain the most respect by our customers? We just have new computers, but it will be even more importment to obtain better computer knowledge! This course can enhance my computer knowledge and eventually increasing the company's competitiveness in the market.
