Fun, strange places to go in California?

**Museum of History in LA (interesting)

**Spaghetti Factory in Hollywood (fun and different...old!!)

go to san fransisco. its awesome! union square. golden gate bridge. ride a cable car. china town. alcatraz! defintley is so awesome

Take I40 west all the way and there a lot of neat places to stop. Have fun and be safe.

I can't believe nobody mentioned Venice Beach! That's about as fun, edgy, and strange as it gets!

It's not edgy, but the Getty Museum shouldn't be missed for the views and fresh air alone. And it's free.

Winchester house definatly will blow your mind. its in San Jose read up on it if you have never heard about it...cool place check it out.......

If you're in LA, I would go to the Museum of Jurassic Technology. It's the strangest museum I have ever been to (the website doesn't even explain it very well).

Catalina Island is amazing
Balboa Island is a one-of-a-kind place as well!!!!
They are both close to southern Cali!
You will have soo much fun! =)
Oh, and 1,000steps is immaculate! =) The Cali people call it "A thousand steps" I'm not sure of the real name, but it is the most beautiul and romantic place! Try to look it up online and find out... you will fall in love!

Hang around Hollywood and HIghland for a while...
