What have you been doing (since that time and up to now)
since I last saw you in Tokyo last Christmas? (past tense because specific time was mentioned, last Christmas)
you weren't feeling too well (adverb)
Have you met the man of your dream (Present perfect tense)

As for me (多餘)
for the last two months, I am trying to do (are you doing or not? Trying means you have not started.) two things at the same time. (at once = immediately)

Below is my modified version of your passage:

How are you? What have you been doing since I saw you in Tokyo last Christmas? I remember you were not feeling too well. Have you met the man of your dream yet?

For the last two months I have been preparing for my final exams in June and at the same time, looking for a job.
