One of the leading restaurants in XXXX where I worked has a manager Aurelie and four employees : Nicolas, Benj, Lai and me . I am responsible for making assessments on customers' needs, service quality and customers' s satisfactions based on the principles and operations for the customer service , of which the knowledge I have already learned in our school .
