Memo field in Visual foxpro

somebody sent me a .dbf file which is written with Visual FoxPro. My needed data is contained inside the memo field. Can I copy all the memo field into Excel in one go without opening the memo field one by one and do the copy and paste prosedure many many times??

depens on your memo field size, it may / may not.have a look on the functions mline() and memlines(), set memowidth
you can find the max no of memo u need and do a hardcoded sql to retrieve all memo to char, be in mind that there is length limit in char field.

Open the .dbf file with Excel. Copy the memo column and paste it to your destination.
