full steam ahead - 以前機器用蒸氣推動，俾盡蒸氣就行得最快，所以 full steam ahead 可以話係「全速前進」
pave the way - 為...鋪路，令一件事能暢順進行
have the final say - 有最終決定權
go through - 議案獲通過
