a) Jack decided not to accept the job. (決定不接受工作)
b) Jack have not decided to accept the job.(還沒有決定接受工作) (present perfect tense)

2.
a) My teachere agreed not to have extra lessons with me.(互相同意不再有額外課)
b) My teacher did not agree to have extra lessons with me.(老師不同意再有額外課)

3.
a) We choose not to stay with you. (good)
b) We did not choose to stay with you. (bad English)

4.
a) Mum did not want you to to finish the cake. (good)
b) Mum wanted you not to finish the cake. (bad english, very unnatural)
