Nowadays, MP3 has become the habit of most teenagers. Although it can help you to relax, ears will feel very tire if you listen it for long hours. When I travel by bus, listening to MP3 is also my habit, however, I will not listen it with high volume. My friends are listening it with very high volume, I will suggest them to tune down the volume as it will affect their ears. Ears are very important to us, we can't hear without ears, hence, we must protect them well.

I am not sure if it is correct or not, but you can adjust it by yourself, and please do the homework by yourself, as you know, this is suggested answer, there is no model answer, it is better for you to study English by yourself to improve the English standard.

Listening to music can help you relieve stress but may have certain bad effects on your ears, namely hearing impairments in case of listening for a long time . Nowadays a lot of young people have fallen into the habit of listening to MP3. Although MP3 could be a useful device for relaxation, spending too much time in it might do harm to the ears. I also enjoy listening to MP3 on bus ride. Unlike my friends who like to blast their MP3s, I prefer to play it softly because I'm well aware that our eardrums are vulnerable to loud noise. That's why I always advise they turn down the volume a bit so as to protect their hearing. Without the ears, how can you listen to the sound around you, let alone nice music.
