I have already sent you the soft copy when you have requested in October. If you did not receive this, I can resend the copy to you. Would like to remind you that this is the most updated verson on my hand with the version. If you already used or make the amendment on the copy which I sent to you in October. Then, my copy will not be the most update. Pls kindly check before you upload this copy.
