I was sick. There was a doctor near my bed and I checked my temperature with a thermometer on the bed. My mother was near the doctor. She looked very worry.

基本上是照問題上的中文一字一句的去譯。 但原來的中文版都不是在講故事，只是冇系統地描述該圖。結果，寫出來的英文古古怪怪。

自己生病了, 床邊有一個醫生 , 我在床上用探熱針探熱 , 醫生旁是我的媽媽 , 她的樣子很擔心.
I am sick today, a doctor is measuring my temperature with a thermometer, my mother is standing aside the doctor and she looks pretty worry.

翻譯：
"ah... i was sick, there was a doctor standing beside my bed. i used the themometer to test my body temperature, and mommy was beside the docter, she is looking worried..."

I was ill /sick , a doctor was standing by the bed , I measure my temperature with a thermometer while lying on the bed , my mother who was lying by the doctor looks very worry .
