Flow Chart for new customers :

1. Inquiry-processing : (1) . Investigation : customers background/ trust before signing contract, offer /quotation , (2) Negotiation : Trade terms/Price terms ; other terms and conditions

2. Purchase-Order from customers : Order-acknowledgement , Negotiation, Order confirmation , Invoicing , arrangement for shipment /delivery , Documemts-preparation , filing .

3. Customers Accounts Information : Details record, A/C receivable
