cliffhanger - 這個字本身是指一些緊湊而懸疑的事情, 所以一部電影若劇情緊湊又懸疑, 可是說: that movie is a real cliffhanger. 作為這段有關台灣縣市長選舉的新聞的標題, 是指選情緊湊, 未到最後一刻也不知結果. 所以可以譯為
