We start tonight with a radical (radical 怎解？) new plan to tackle 對付 poverty 貪困 at the grassroots level 草根階層. The Commission 委員會 on Poverty wants to set up 設立 a new fund 基金 to help give (help 和 give 在一起，可行嗎？) children of poor families a brighter future. It involves parents setting up accounts 帳戶 for their children which the government will also 同樣地 contribute 資助 to.
