If 0.125 mol of nitrogen gas and 0.125 mol of oxygen gas react, what is the limiting reactant and how many moles of NO are produced
N2(g)+O2(g)→2 NO(g)

The reaction says that for every mole of oxygen you must have one mole of nitrogen.  Therefore, neither reactant is limiting and both will be consumed.

You will get 0.250 moles of NO.
