I can’t even go to the grocery store or anywhere because I’m so afraid of what people think.. I feel like a fish in water full of sharks.. should you care what people think??? I let people’s opinion make my entire life

No you really should not let other peoples opinion control how you feel about yourself. You are your own person and you need to start caring about how you see yourself and what you want to improve on. Other people's opinion does not matter. they do not know who you are and what you are going through
