Are tattoos really a sign of weakness?

Im not trying to generalize but whenever i see a young guy with tattoos whos trying to be macho, i think they are insecure and trying to show people their exteriors.

The ones trying to be all macho like you describe, yes they're insecure and 'weak'. But no not everyone with tattoos is like those thankfully
