Indiana's Red Flag Law was the first of it's kind and was passed by a Republican controlled State House. But as we've been telling everyone for the past 10 years or more, Existing Gun Laws must be Enforced. So adding more Anti-Gun Laws without Enforcing them is completely pointless.
