My friend has been trying to set me up with one of her friends for the past month, and to be frank, it's hard to see myself getting my holes screwed off by a man who looks just like my father?

If you're not attracted to the guy or interested in dating him, then politely decline the date. We aren't attracted to everyone in the way we want to date them, as you know.
