Am I supposed to do bad things?

Please do NOT say doctor and checkup.  My heart health keeps driving me out of it. It hurts at my comfort zone , even thought I avoided sweets and sodium....my heart begs so much for me to act crazy....it doesn't want me to remain calm, sweet, and nice.....I feel better when I move super fast at a different area. My heart doesnt like introversion, it wants me to increase my extroversion.

uhm okay, in the voluntary decline of doctors or checkups, i can only advise you on my experience, so if you want to indulge your heart do it. just remember, when it hurts you don't do it again, when it cheers you up, think about whether it has burned someone else and if not, do it again.

"Do as you will but do no harm"  Wiccan creed.
"Do unto others, as you would have others do unto you" somewhere in the Bible

Many other sayings but no you should not do bad things.

You don't really say what's wrong, so we can't advise you one way or the other about seeing the doctor, which is a very good idea if there's a serious problem. About sweets, we all have something that keeps our moods on track and keeps us from going crazy. It's emotional self-regulation. Some of the things it uses to do this are bad for us, (sweets, cigarettes, etc.) and some are healthy. I'll tell you about some healthy coping methods. If you use these, your feeling that you need sweets should go away.
