Take long warm mineral salts bubble baths to relax. Drink some chamomile tea. If those don't work, then tell you doctor that you need a prescription of valium and play online checkers.

Many charities will appreciate having volunteers who have disabilities of one kind or another. Ask around. You would benefit from getting out of the house and seeing new faces and being able to help others.

Pray for God's will and direction in your life. Read the New Testament. Start with the Gospel of John. There are answers to life's questions in the Bible. Ask Jesus to save you. Follow Him as best you can. Visit some churches or listen to their on-line services. Make contacts at churches. Depending on your disability, you may be able to do some volunteer work at home.
