Is this sentence correct:
"Hand in hand with his mother who was pushing with a large stride, the little boy didn't yet want to leave the party."Note: By 'with a large stride', I meant that the mother was walking very quickly (or with large steps).

Very close but perhaps you could say:
The mother maintained a large stride as she pushed the unwilling boy away from the party.
