the last time NY state (and California for that matter) was in such economic distress that it was begging for federal bailouts was in the late 1970s..... right before voters kicked out most of the incumbents and voted for Ronald Reagan in 1980 and 1984...

15,000?.......That is over 10x what American citizens got from democrats.

I live in NY, Carlos.  Start with "Covid," not "Covis."  Why is?  I love people who post rants in some sort of pretend language.  I do agree - "It should be small businesses to uplift," whatever that means.
