I got a Cumulative GPA of 3.58 and am a junior in high school. I need to raise my GPA!! Is that a  good GPA? Is there anything I can do? ?

At some colleges/universities that will be high enough to be directly admitted to the nursing program, if they do direct admissions.  At some schools it will not be high enough for direct admission and you will have to apply to the program after a certain number of college semesters.

It’s better than my high school GPA and I wound up with two Master’s degrees and a PhD.
