Is weight loss overrated? ?

Weight is meaningless.
All that matters is your health.
I have been overweight all my life and most people my age are on dozens of medicines yet i am i perfect health and take NONE.
You be the judge
Not if you're significantly overweight.
Weight loss for any other reason besides health and a person's desire is overrated. After I broke my spine playing college football 20 years ago, I knew it would take a strict diet and exercise to not only remain fit, but also to reduce the impact the injury and resulting nerve damage would have on my life from then on.
I think you'll find that actually weight GAIN is overrated. So many people are turning a blind eye to the dangers of obesity, some people actually praise obesity and consider it the norm. I'm all for *opposing* obesity because I do not want to live in a world made for oversized humans. Obesity looks disgusting
