要怎麼改掉上台向大家報告不用看著已經寫好的稿子，邊看邊說?

How do you get on the stage and report to everyone without looking at what you've written on hand, and say them while you're NOT watching anything!?
(1)If you make an official report for everyone,you'll have to practice and recite the report 5-10 times.
(2)Try practice with the mirror and/or girl-friends on report on the state of the on-stage.
(3)Read from cell-phone or account of words-notes marked about on your hand goodily/or get your GF help with the words of the speech behind your good self.
