When my appetite is normal [it's been off lately] pretty much almost daily. Not heaps though, but enough to make a nice accent or accompaniment to whatever dish. And sometimes I've have a bit for a quick snack especially if I feel I need a protein fix
I'm partial to stronger cheeses like feta, goats and sharp cheddar as you need less, but all kinds really..I love trying new ones and there's only been a few I can't get behind.
