Everytime the cops kill a black person it immediately becomes a racial issue. People start talking about Black Lives Matter, and then those people get mad when somebody says "All Lives Matter". Some people even claim that saying "All Lives Matter" is racist. This implies that they think that it is racist to support the vast majority of the people killed by the cops. Do the lives of the 780 non-black people killed by the police last year not matter?

The black community has been brain washed for the last 50 years. Can't blame them too much for being pissed off about racism at every step. It was part of the programming. The programming all part of a larger plan to change the government of the United States which is part of a bigger plan of the New World Order.
