Should we let South Korea, Japan and Taiwan make their own nuclear weapons?

So the U.S. would withdraw all our troops from South Korea, Japan, and allow them and also Taiwan to make their own nuclear weapons to defend against North Korea, and China. So we don't have to spend $$$ in foreign aid to defend these countries and have military bases in their countries and let them defend themselves and fight their own battles.
