What is the exact definition of "arms" in the Second Amendment?

For any constitutional originalist, arms includes everything from mace to an arsenal of nuclear weapons.

What’s the defining of “freedom of the press”? Surely they didn’t mean cable news or online media. So the government should be able to ban them.
