Did anyone get side effects from the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine? ?
So I got mine last night and I woke up with a sore arm and y body hurting.
Wasn’t expecting to feel sick because everyone has told me it’s the second dose that sets off your immune response to the vaccine but I’m in bed rn with body aches, nausea and overall I don’t feel well.
I guess this is a good thing since it means my immune system is doing it’s job. But now I’m expecting the side effects of the second dose to hit me stronger.
However, I prefer having these symptoms then dealing with Covid. Got it last year and that wasnt fun.

There was an article published yesterday that people who have had covid and then get the vaccine have more side effects after the first shot. Your body’s immune system is working!
Of course people have had side effects, ranging from very minimal to fairly significant. Many have none. Yours are typical.
My sister and I both got our first doses on Saturday. While I haven't had any side effects that I've noticed, she has a sore arm at the injection site and claims her chronic headache is gone. We'll see what happens after the second dose in a few weeks.
I have read that people who already had COVID experience stronger side effects to the vaccines.
On day 12 I got an itchy rash on the injection site, it lasted for 3 days. My husband had no problems.
The data released by the CDC today goes through March 11, 2021, with 38,444 recorded adverse events, including 1,739 deaths following injections of the experimental COVID “vaccines.”
...they never explain anything.
