A handicapped sibling lives far away. I want to make playlists for him to listen to. Is there a music site that allows this?

He loves music but is too limited to search for music but if we set up playlists we can teach him how to play them. The problem is that he lives on the other side of the globe, so we need to be 'administrators' for him.
