He knew that before creation according to scripture. His Father commanded it, and he submitted.

John 10:18 KJV — No man taketh my life from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.

Matthew 26:53-54 KJV — Thinkest thou that I cannot now pray to my Father, and he shall presently give me more than twelve legions of angels? But how then shall the scriptures be fulfilled, that thus it must be?

Yes, Jesus grew up learning obedience by the things that he suffered in readiness for what was to come in the future.   Jesus knew these things because He was God who came down here as a man in flesh.  That's why He knew everything.

Right from the foundation of the world, Jesus was already crucified.  He just came here to manifest it in flesh.

He knew why his Father was sending him and he wanted to willing come because he was fond of the sons of men and always wanted to please his Father by doing his will.

That's why he left Heaven to be born of a virgin.

Yes, he knew.  He also knew that he would have to suffer an infinite punishment for sin in the quiet hours before his arrest.

GOD knew that the Jews would crucified Jesus ,then HE raise Jesus up alive to HIS high heaven and promise to return him before the end of time.
