如果我未來想當總統，「我要當總統」用I am going to be a president.文法對嗎？不對該怎麼改？

1. 動詞的選擇:
"want to be", "will be", "be going to be", "like to be"都可以拿來用,就看你的不定性與決心."want to" 與 "like to" 都強調意願."will"與"be going to"都有 較大的可能性.

2. "a" president v. "the" president:
通常在"公認只有一個"的職稱,像是"總統",或是"上帝"就要用"the".其他的,像是"公司老闆","阿姨"醬子的,就可以用"a".

例子們:
I am going to be an aunt! 我要成為一個阿姨了!
I am going to be the president.我要成為(台灣的或是這間我們正在導論的公司的)總統!
I am going to be a president.我要成為(某間公司或是沒有特定公司的)老闆.

I am going to be a boss. 我要成為一個老闆.
I am going to be THE boss.我要成為＂那種＂（我們剛剛在討論的那種）老闆．

(be) going to 是屬於 future tenses，意思是一個有事先安排好的動作。
例如：I am going to eat lunch with him tomorrow. 我打算明天跟他一起吃午餐。

相反，will/shall 雖然也是 future tenses，卻一個沒有事先安排（即時想做）的動作。
例如：I will eat with you tomorrow. 我明天跟你吃飯。

這題你根本不需要用到將來式，你只需要用 simple present tense：
I want to be a president (in the future). 我（將來）想做總統。

如果你用 I am going to be a president，意思是你打算做一個總統，即是你已經確定你會做總統了，例如你已經在投票勝出，快要上任了，你才會說 I am going to be a president.
