Initial volume, V₁ = V, P₁ = 1.50 atm
New: V₂ = 3V, P₂ = ? atm

For a fixed moles of gas at constant temperature (Boyle's law), P₁V₁ = P₂V₂
Then, P₂ = P₁ × (V₁/V₂)
New pressure, P₂ = (1.50 atm) × (V/3V) = 0.500 atm

The answer:  None of the options
