Pop-up windows beban appear on my desktop beginning from yesterday. ?

It tells "You have viruses in your computer..." I have Webroot on my computer. Besides, I cleaned it with Ccleaner. Nothing helped. What else can I do? Thanks in advance.

Someone suggested downloading and running Malwarebytes. A fine idea.
If that doesn't work, back up all your documents, pics, videos, and music to a USB Flash stick and then tell your computer to do a Factory Restore. There's probably a partition on your HD to do that.
It will wipe your PC and restore it to the glory days of when it was new. Then reinstall any apps you had, let the OS do its updates and restore your files and boom, you're all set.
FYI - Over years PCs often become slow. Doing this factory restore is a wonderful thing and it makes your PC nice and speedy again. I do this every 3 or 4 years. I have a 10 year old laptop that was just slow as mollases but doing the factory restore made it speedy again.

Run a full scan with Malwarebytes and that may help you.

check cnet.com/downloads for different cleaners -- and do internet search for 'remove webroot'
