Are there any local business where I can buy shoes and have any issue?

I can return them to said business to get a refund, fixed or replacement.  Example I bought Georgia boots which supposedly good boots. Within six months they were falling apart. I had to call in wait for them to send me a shipping box, send them in, wait for them to receive them, then wait for them to process .  Wait for them to send me replacements. All this takes approximately a month I don't have the patience or time I need them now not in a month.
