Initial energy of flask Efi = Cf*Tfi = 320*25 = 8,000 joule
Lost energy Eℓ = 2*(1.25*3600) = 3600*2.5 = 9,000 joule 

final energy E = Esi+Efi-Eℓ = 190,000+8,000-9,000 = 189,000 joule

189,000 = T(Cs+Cf)  = T(2,000+320)
(i) T = 189,000/2,320 = 81.5°C 

(ii) Cover the flask with insulating material
