Take velocities towards the right as positive, and towards the left as negative.Conservation of momentum:
m₁u₁ + m₂u₂ = m₁v₁ + m₂v₂
0.10u₁ + 0.15(0) = 0.10(-0.045) + 0.15(0.16)
Initial velocity of the 0.10 kg object, u₁ = 0.195 m/s

Conservation of momentum mv = mv, but remember 'v' is a vector so it also needs a direction mvᵢ = mv, I'll use (+) to right
Initial: +0.10 kg*v = -0.10*0.045 +0.15*0.16
solve for 'v'
Initial: +0.10 kg*v = -0.10*0.045 +0.15*0.16
solve for 'v'
