Sounds like the singing brothers of the 50s.
This is my least favourite name on the planet right now - no joke. I find it annoyingly common (in a trendy not a timeless way) and pretentious. Doesn't sound like a disney princess at all, it sounds more trashy/silly/strippery. It annoys me a lot... I see it EVERYWHERE. It's not "uncommon" or "different" at all anymore, just a TREND that is going to die as fast and hard as it appeared. I'm not excited for when all of the baby Everly's grow up and I have to encounter them in real life and pretend I don't hate their names.
I will never think of anything but the Everly brothers. I think it's ridiculous as a first name, particularly for girls.
it should be used.........NEVERLY
reminds me of everly brothers !!! wake up little susie ..or is it american cause they cant spell Beverly !!!
If I was you, mate, I'd be saying "Bye-bye, love!" to that one, old son!
NO!!! They were a fraternal 'pop' duo of the 50's.
how much does the parents hate the child? if the scale reaches at least a 7, then its not bad.
It's not one of my favorites, but it's okay.
I like it . It’s different without being weird
I quite like it but it's not a name I'd actually use, too modern for my taste. I prefer Evangeline or Eva.
Very trendy, and I dont love the sound.
The name Everly is so cute!
I love you forever and everly. Yeah I feel the same way, it doesn't really sound like a name to me. ... It's not a name I would choose myself, but I think it has a good sound to it and looks nice when written down. I also think it's a name that will age well - I can see it working on a toddler and a woman.
I love it. Is it one of those names for both bog and a girl?
if you want your kid to get made fun of then name them everly
If you have male twins and you name them both Everly. Then they would be the Everly brothers.
It sounds like a name that would be good for a infant, a baby, or a toddler, but not really a womanlike name. So it could be good as a kid, but sounds a bit baby-ish as an adult.
Personally I quite like like the name but I prefer it spelled Everleigh.
i know a family with that last name.
It’s getting too common and I wasn’t too fond of it to begin with!
It is a nice last name, but I don't like it as a first name.
If you add a “B” in the front. Beverly, it would become so much better. Beverly Crusher is one of the most rememberable characters in Star Trek.
I don't mind it, it reminds of an old group called the Everly brothers. That was one of my grandma's favorite bands. So maybe that's why I don't mind the name.
I don't love Everly as a first name but I don't hate it either. I like it way better than lots of other names commonly used right now but I'd never use it.
I think it is an adorable name!
