Why do minority Trump supporters like Diamond and Silk and Candace Owens talk like racism no longer exists? ?

I agree, racism toward whites needs to stop.

There are a lot more public non-White conservative personalities, and many more regular folks who hold generally conservatives views. 
The public personalities do not speak as if there is no racism, they discount the amount and severity that the Left's propaganda machines wants people to believe there is. 
Racism has become a supply and demand commodity, the supply exceeds demand, and the Left has to invent a lot of it to keep the old game alive. And those who are most affected are people who are actually victims of racism. Their dilemma's are drown in a sea of "the boy who cried wolf" manufactured issues. And they are left without redress in most cases.
