no.  'gender identity' has no definition in law but is subject to whim and manipulation

It is stupid like most liberal voters ideas.

No, it is bad law that will have disastrous effects on our institutions by punishing people for exercising their rights and by forcing women to compete against men in sports.

It is a step in the right direction.

There's no such thing as equality, certainly not under the misnamed Equality Act.
