Medical Center area just curious like is there any bad area’s that crimes and shootings that happen over there

Every city in the US has some areas where there are gangs and drug dealers. Almost all the violence involves those two groups. Stay away from them and you'll be fine. San Antonio is a fabulous city that has the misfortune of being in Texas, where the politicians said it was ok for the weak to die in the recent snow storm.
