What does M0S mean for the US military?
I have googled it but still unsure, is it like saying trade? For example in an infantry regiment, specialized in CBRN.

Your MOS is your job classification. IIRC.
MOS (not M0S) means military occupation specialty. It's the term the Army and Marines use for 'job.' It's an alphanumeric code and associated job title.
A United States military occupation code, or a military occupational specialty code (MOS code), is a nine-character code used in the United States Army and United States Marine Corps to identify a specific job. In the United States Air Force, a system of Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSC) is used.
Military Occupational Specialty.
MOS=Military Occupational Specialty
Only used in Army and Marine Corps
Military Operational Specialty == MOS
It's a code that specifies what specialty (e.g, electronics, cyber security, infantry) the military person is qualified for. I was a 1310, Naval Aviator.
